Ferdinand is a shy and withdrawn 40 year old man who loves music. He has worked for years taking care of the fish in the ‘Fish Land’ aquarium in the global leisure town ‘Worlds Apart’. Then one day, ‘Fish Land’ must close for six months for renovation, and he is transferred to a Finnish-Turkish spa. There, he discovers a world of nudity and sensuality and slowly comes out of his shell.
[Hot Hot Hot] is a hilarious comedy that presents us with humanism and inspiration full of original energy. Centered on a man who has isolated himself from the pleasures of life because of a sense of inferiority and inhibition, it shows us a variety of different characters that make up our world. Each of the spa workers, abounding with personality, sends off the message that the world is full of all kinds of people, and that only when we accept all our differences can we be truly happy. This hot, hot debut film featuring a story we can all relate to is recommended to all those who want to burst out laughing. (RHEE, Soue-won)
