Watch Barker double
SOURCE: http://delano.lu
The latest instalment of Filmreakter’s “twin tales of terror and madness” features a double feature from British horror king Clive Barker.
The first is Barker’s debut, Hellraiser, based on his own novel The Hellbound Heart. Featuring the now iconic Pinhead (played by Doug Bradley, a one-time Cinénygma jury president), the film became an instant cult classic in the late 1980s and spawned a series of sequels in which Bradley reprised his role.
The second film is Lord Of Illusions (first screened at Cinénygma’s second Nuit du Film Fantastique), a noir thriller-horror film hybrid starring Scott Bakula as a private eye investigating the mysterious death of a magician.
As always the show starts at 10 p.m. and free drinks are included in the interval.
