No Oscar for Luxembourg
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has invited the film industries of various countries to submit their best film for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film for the OSCARS 2011.
Cuba, Lithuania and Luxembourg informed Variety before the deadline that they would not participate in this year’s competition.
